Jonathan Bridgers is the owner and founder of Phase To Phase. As the Chief Executive Officer, he oversees the company’s daily operations. Jonathan’s commitment to service is deeply rooted in his military background. He proudly served in the United States Army and graduated from The United States Army Corps of Engineers’ Prime Power School. He upholds the values instilled in him during his military service, including loyalty, duty, respect, honor, integrity, and personal courage. These values are important to him both in his personal and professional life.

Known for his humble nature and strong character, Jonathan is widely respected in the industry. He approaches his work with kindness, patience, and honor, guided by a strong faith in God. His laid-back and easy-going demeanor does not undermine his intelligence and exceptional capabilities.

Jonathan’s journey began at Pennsylvania State University, where he pursued a major in Electrical Engineering on a full scholarship. After three years of undergraduate studies, he chose to join the Army and serve his country. Starting as a generator mechanic, he later attended The United States Army Corps of Engineers’ Prime Power School and was awarded the MOS 21P, now known as 12P. He completed his training at Prime Power School in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. During his military service, Jonathan was  deployed to Iraq twice, where he played a crucial role in designing a power grid for a military base, demonstrating his expertise in the field.

Following his honorable discharge from the Army, Jonathan joined American Electrical Testing, Co., where he held various positions and gained valuable experience. Starting as an Apparatus Technician, he progressed to become a Relay Technician and then a Commissioning Engineer. After a decade with American Electrical Testing, Co., Jonathan decided to leverage his extensive knowledge and expertise by founding his own electrical testing and commissioning company, Phase To Phase.

As the CEO of Phase To Phase, Jonathan oversees the daily operations of the company. Although he is no longer working actively in the field, his significant experience and expertise make him a well-rounded and knowledgeable owner. He maintains regular communication with his employees, understanding their day-to-day tasks and challenges, and providing valuable insights. His industry peers hold him in high regard for his exceptional understanding of the field and his accessible and supportive approach.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Jonathan resides in Texas with his wife Alicia, who also plays a vital role in Phase To Phase as the Vice President.  He and Alicia are proud parents to two teenage daughters and an adult son. Jonathan attributes his success to his strong faith in God.
